The 417 Elite 50 is ran with the utmost integrity and I understand that misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated and is subject to removal from the event at anytime without refund. I understand that this takes effect at the time that this form is submitted.
I understand that 417 Elite 50 has exclusive rights to all media content in reguards to the event. I understand that any content from the event may be used for promotional purposes.
